KAP India Tiles -
A Legacy of Vision and Excellence

About Us
Established in 1987 by the late Mr. K.A. Veeravu, a visionary who recognized the lasting impact of the clay industry, KAP INDIA TILES continues to uphold his pioneering spirit. His journey began in 1942 with the launch of his first factory in Thrissur, eventually expanding operations across Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh.
Driven by a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, KAP INDIA TILES has grown beyond the Indian market, reaching customers across the Middle East, Australia, and South Africa, bringing timeless craftsmanship to a global audience.
Client-Centric Approach
Our clients are our priority.
Exceptional customer service and personalized experiences define our company culture.
Innovation Through Research & Development
At KAP INDIA TILES, we are dedicated to continuous innovation, ensuring our products evolve to meet client needs. Our commitment to R&D led to the introduction of extruded roof tiles, replacing traditional pressed tiles—a breakthrough that dominated the market in the late '80s and '90s.
Furthering our pursuit of efficiency, we developed 14x9x2.5 hollow roof bricks as a cost-effective alternative to paired roof tiles in Costford-style low-cost housing, significantly reducing builders’ effort.
We also take pride in being the first factory to establish an in-plant laboratory, guided by the Regional Research Laboratory (RRL)—now known as NIIST (National Institute of Interdisciplinary Science & Technology, CSIR). Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced physical analysis capabilities, ensuring superior product quality and innovation.
